In order to assist the residents of Ashborough, we have put together a list of some of the common rules we are often questioned about and where the answers can be found in the Covenants:

For basketball goal requirements, see Article 5.2.C.iii (NO temporary or moveable goals are allowed)

For trash can requirements, see Article 5.2.C.xvii

For Holiday lights, see Article 5.2.C.xviii

For businesses allowed, see Article 5.8

For the requirement to remove dead trees and shrubs, see Article 5.13 (the last sentence)

For trailers parked in driveways, see Article 5.15 (this was revised in 2015 - see the attachment in the Resource Center)

For mowing and upkeep of the lot requirements, see Article 5.17

For DRC (Design Review Committee) approval of exterior changes, see Article 8.3
